Gentle Giant Moving Company

Second time using Gentle Giant for a big 4+ bedroom move. They were on time, brought a full crew, took great care with our stuff, and were very accommodating about placing and moving big items. We went a bit over the estimate, but for reasons outside their control, namely terrible traffic between pickup and drop off. Don't try moving north of Boston on a Friday afternoon in the summer. Would definitely hire again.

Aaron, Lulu and Galin did a very careful packing job for us and were very mindful of loading our items so as not to damage our floors. They were also great at inventory and communication! The crew that arrived the following day, led by Casey, was also very efficient and respectful of our space. This is all in stark contrast to a different moving company we used for a partial move last year, so thank you for providing a much, much better quality of service!

Robert, Joel and Kevin were amazing during what was a very stressful time for us. They were so patient and accommodating, especially with my elderly mother. We ran into a hold up where we didn’t meet the truck until an hour or more after we wanted to and the team just took it in stride, getting everything situated until we arrived. And they went above and beyond moving the furniture around just the way my mother wanted it in her new space. We can never say enough good things about Gentle Giant, we’ve hired them several times now (even years ago for a work move) and the experience has always been professional and smooth from the first call to the finish. Also want to recognize John and Patrick in the office for always being so responsive and helpful with our many questions at the start. Sincere thank you to everyone at Gentle Giant!

Aidan, Matt, Chris, and Claude did an excellent job with my move to a new state. They arrived right on time, worked extremely quickly and efficiently, and took great care of all of my items. Everything was accounted for and left in good condition. They went above and beyond what they had to do and made sure I was well taken care of.

We used Gentle Giant to move all the furniture and treasures we accumulated in a house on Cape Cod that we sadly had to sell. They packed everything so carefully and labeled everything clearly. They had their system down pat and could assemble and reassemble our pieces in their truck and then our storage place in a matter of a few hours! Connor, the Crew Leader, was extremely informative, professional and gave excellent packing and unpacking advice throughout. The rest of the Team: Evan, Josh, Josh, Christian and Paul were so quick, efficient, pleasant and friendly that I would 100% request them again for our next move!
