George Hardscaping

A foundation job is the newest account: a 2026 Google customer says George responded quickly, came over and gave an estimate, and that George and his crew showed up within days of the first call. The company describes itself on its website as a masonry and hardscaping contractor in Gloucester serving Essex County and the North Shore with patios, walkways, retaining walls, firepits, driveway pavers, pool decks and snow plowing. Its BBB page shows an A- grade, and the business is not BBB accredited. A 2025 customer said George Hardscaping built their patio with retaining walls, steps and a mix of natural stone and Unilock pavers, working around an exposed stone ledge and adding some lighting. A 2025 customer said George and his team fixed an eroding wall around their pool and were fair in pricing. A 2024 customer hired the company to redo flagstone and bluestone stairs and said the failing stone was replaced with granite; that customer said George and his crew showed up promptly every day and completed on time. A 2024 customer said George demolished their old fireplace, removed the trash, built a new fireplace from scratch and fitted the wood stove. A 2023 customer said George restored the inside wall of a chimney using bricks the customer had, then extended the hearth, in two full days. A 2023 customer said George installed new tile, with cement board and a waterproof membrane, on two tub surrounds, and was later hired to repair damaged tile and re-grout a whole bathroom with epoxy grout. A 2023 customer said George redid a master shower stall with marble and was used a second time for two more bathrooms. A 2021 customer said George installed vinyl/laminate flooring in their basement.
