Glamour Pools, based in Lisbon, says it has been in business for 60 years. Its website lists regular scheduled cleanings, saltwater chlorination, sanitation systems, chemicals and accessories, and parts and service, and names a service area that includes Lewiston, Portland, Augusta, Bangor and Biddeford. On Google it holds 3.5 stars from 31 ratings. A 2022 customer said the company installed their pool and serviced it each summer after that. That 2022 customer also wrote that the company had recently repaired their automatic thermal cover, and that the man who put the cover in over 10 years earlier came back and explained his work every step of the way. In a 2025 review, a customer said Jayson and the team installed their fiberglass pool and kept providing service after the sale. A 2025 customer said they were charged for products they already had at the house, did not receive new products they were charged for, and had three scheduled "show & tells" from May to July end as no-call no-shows. A 2025 reviewer complained that the company's drivers were tailgating cars on Interstate 95 at 85+ mph. In a 2023 review, a customer urged anyone considering the company to check with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.
Your drivers are going to kill someone the way they tailgate cars on interstate 95. There is no possible reason to be going that fast! There is NO pool emergency that i'm aware of that would require driving 85+ mph to get there. Especially in December here in Maine! You should be more aware of how poorly it reflects on your business as well, It's a travelling billboard!!
Worst pool company in the state of maine. Charged me for products I already had at my house and they used. Did not receive new products I was charged for. SCHEDULED 3 SHOW & TELLS. From may - July ALL 3 SCHECULED we’re no call no shows. Zero accountability on their end and terrible customer service from the female receptionist.. both holly & the other girl.. shame on this company. Never use them!!
Jayson and the team at Glamour Pools not only did an amazing job installing our fiberglass pool, they continue to amaze with the service they provide after the sale. I’ve heard horror stories about the pool business, these guys are absolutely the opposite of what you might of heard. Glamour pools is fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough.
I went in there, not knowing crap about crap, but fairly certain I knew what I was doing, and they were incredibly kind, incredibly helpful, went over the top to make sure I was doing the right thing and I am a customer for life♥️♥️♥️♥️
