Global Maintenance LLc

Vitor was responsive, fast, and excellent. Highly recommend.

Vitor has helped with several projects around our home including refinishing outdoor furniture, fixing doors and locks, high ladder work on the outside of our home, etc. He also power washed our home making it look like it was freshly painted. His communication and response time is excellent and timely. His workmanship is great, keeping everything clean mid-project. I will definitely hire him again for additional projects and small remodel jobs.

A great experience! We hired Vitor to soft wash our vinyl siding. He was very professional & arrived right on time. He did an excellent job soft washing the entire exterior of our house. We are very pleased & would highly recommend.

Vitor is a very competent and extremely knowledgeable tradesman in home repairs, painting and soft power washing. He understood my home repair needs especially my deck surface preparation which is an exotic South American beautiful hardwood. He did a lot of homework in determining the best cleaning and treatment options before starting. My wife and I are very pleased with his work and his prices. In addition, he was always on time in arriving and what days he would be working.

Vitor (Global Maintenance Services) did an incredible job removing the popcorn ceilings and repainting. He was efficient, polite and professional. We plan to hire him again for additional projects in the future. Highly recommend.
