A pool that had sat out of commission for more than ten years, brought back into use and finished with a new patio: that is the job a 2025 customer described from GM Renovation and Masonry. On its BBB profile, GM Masonry LLC describes itself as doing residential and commercial masonry design, repair and installation. Its BBB grade is A+. In 2025, that customer said they had worked with Gianni and his team for 4 years, and that each phase was timely and on budget. A 2025 customer said Gianni and his team guided them step by step through a backyard project and called their pricing competitive compared to others in the area. A 2023 customer said the company renovated their pool patio the year before and came back to quote another project. A recent customer said no one called or showed for a scheduled appointment made the day before. A 2023 customer said an estimator promised three prices within a week, to fill the pool in, repair the damage or rebuild, and that no estimate ever came.
Can’t give a good review because I got no call no showed for a scheduled appointment…. The day after making the appointment. I’ll give my $20,000 to another company.
Gianni and his team do excellent work. We’ve worked with them on multiple facts for 4 years now. Between getting our pool that had been out of commission for over 10 years up and running at full force, to aesthetically giving us the pool of our dreams…the cherry on top was when everything was compeleted this summer with a patio that was beyond what we had hoped for. They were timely in completing each phase, on budget, and most importantly - easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for both masonry and pool projects and would use them again in a heart beat.
Gianni and his team are outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They guided us step by step and transformed our backyard into a private paradise for our family. Their pricing was very competitive compared to others in the area. We will absolutely be calling them again for any future projects.
