Good Hands Contractor, Inc. is an Andover-based masonry and hardscaping outfit — stonework, retaining walls, paver driveways, walkways, patios and chimneys, run by owner Leandro Guarizi since 2011. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license (#179725) is registry-verified active, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade, though it isn't BBB-accredited. The most detailed record here comes from the permit trail rather than customer write-ups: BuildZoom's public permit history shows seven jobs pulled between 2013 and 2023, almost entirely exterior masonry and paving — front-stair rebuilds in Arlington, Waltham and Malden, and driveway rebuilds in Somerville using permeable pavers or asphalt. One of those Somerville driveway permits is marked rejected, worth asking about before signing on for similar work. A March 2026 Reddit thread adds an actual customer voice: someone in Middlesex County looking for a cement-stairs fix said the company did right by them.
