UNETHICAL. SHADY. I wouldn't normal leave a review like this but what I just experienced, I have to. The fact that I have to leave any stars is too good for this shady business. My wife and I did a scheduled showing on Saturday April 13th, 2024 and absolutely fell in love with the house. It was listed of for $809k. We even confirmed the price and we were told by the listing agent to put in for the $809k price. We submitted our FULL PRICE offer promptly on Monday morning with EARNEST MONEY ready to go. The listing agent provided us all of the documents to have signed about the HOA, the square footage....etc. We were then told by our realtor after signing all these forms (see attached) that the seller would not accept our offer because he was raising the price to $829k. The listing agent was not informed of this price raise KNOWING there was a showing on Saturday, and even attempted to reason with the seller and he refused to budge. What kind of shady business dealings are being run out of Green Hill builders. This should never happen, but especially for a Navy family who is preparing to PCS from overseas to the area and does not have the luxury of worrying about bait and switch tactics by a FAMILY-OWNED company. Not really family friendly for a family business.

I've been in my home three years and I've been nothing but pleased. This is the third time I've built a home and working with Green Hill Builders exceeded my expectations. It's a very well-built home and despite building during covid, Green Hill finished my home two months early-- getting me in before Christmas. So many design features are included, any upgrades I asked for were easily accommodated, and Green Hill has been very responsive to fix little odds and ends in the first year. Working with Kevin and Marissa has been a 5 star experience!

From the week about my house the builders were on responsive to my needs for repairs. They stretched every issue over months to repair so that my one-year warranty would run out. Horrible workmanship. Electrical , plumbing, tubs and showers out in wrong. Leaking behind Sheetrock in bathroom now. Their landscaping was weeds and washed away. I fix something weekly and it’s been FOUR YEARS of hell

They built our house. We've had so many problems with electrical, plumbing, dry wall, you name it. At first we were having them fix things under the 1-year warranty. But it ended up being more trouble than it was worth, so we just delayed fixing many of the problems. Boy do I wish I had them fix things up front! Now fixing an electrical problem that we've known about since the 3rd month of being in the house is going to cost us thousands of dollars. We can't even fix part of it unless we rip entire walls down. Avoid them if you can.

They are not responsive to calls or messagesomething on problems. I still have an issue from work the did that has cause more damage than repair.
