In 2023, a customer said they put new pavers down in the entire area after learning their pool had to be re-lined, gave a fair quote and finished ahead of schedule. A 2022 customer said Kassio had handled their lawn maintenance, pruning and mulching for a second year before taking on a large scale hardscaping project, and described the grading of the land and the bases built for the patio spaces. A 2025 customer said they used Green Leaves for a drainage problem in their front yard, and that the company came back in spring to overseed because the late fall project didn't allow the grass to fully take. In 2024, a customer said Green Leaves did a spring cleanup on their yard and the team showed up first thing in the morning as scheduled. A 2024 customer said they called at the last minute to get the yard done before closing for a sale, and they were there at 7 PM. A 2022 reviewer said the website states the company does snow removal and the sign outside its Northborough building says commercial/residential, but when they emailed, they were told Green Leaves only does snow removal for its commercial clients.
