Green Mountain Gary

I called Gary in to fix a wiring problem with the stove and he was also able to identify and fix the gas line code violation he found in the process. He explained the work he was doing thoroughly and charged a very reasonable price.

I never thought I'd have to give a review ever but I just had to. Extremely terrible service honestly. I tried to be understanding but it's just one issue after the other. He is always late, I had to wait for hours and hours and he eventually didn't show up. He took a piece of pipe from my wife's store, asked several times if he could return it, he never did. He stopped picking up my calls. You can't treat people this way and not expect a reaction out of them. Just keep to time, and do what you say you'd do. Simple

Gary has been very responsive in regard to completing the project.

Unfortunately Gary never showed up for the project after confirming multiple times that he was on his way.

Gary got in touch immediately and was able to come out to assess the job the same day. Although initially hired to examine a perceived electrical issue , he quickly identified the root cause to be a failed sump pump. He was able to replace the failed device quickly to ensure we are prepared for the next heavy rainfall. He explained each requirement in detail so we were kept informed throughout.
