Greenwich Windows Replacement

It was wonderful working with Jader Sandy and the Greenwich Windows Replacement team. Jader’s team skillfully installed windows in our living room mahogany doors, family room mahogany doors, master bedroom, basement, garage, and bathroom. These were complicated projects and I hired Greenwich Windows because of their 20 years experience in window installation. Our prior windows were old with broken seals. We are selling our home and I needed excellent work done due to the discerning buyers that would be coming to view our home. This is also my parents home and my childhood home and I wanted the highest quality of work done. Jader is very nice and friendly to work with and his team is also friendly to work with. And Carolina in the office is also nice and friendly and always responds rapidly to my emails. The attached photos of Jader’s team’s work speak for themselves. We had Greenwich Windows Replacement install new windows in our home last year, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We’ve worked with many contractors before where we ran into a lot of issues from the salesman to quality of work. But not here. Salesman is also the installer! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions patiently and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Priced extremely well compared to others. The windows look beautiful and have already made a noticeable difference in our home's energy efficiency and look of the house. Highly recommended – – would happily work with again – – even though I had a small job when other companies didn’t pay much attention or claim they couldn’t get the parts, Greenwich Window replacement responded quickly to my request, arrived on time for the estimate and walked me through the install. Their office stayed in touch with me during the special order and advised me of the install date soon after. The install crew arrived on time, were courteous, put down padding for their ladder, cleaned up nicely and the install went smoothly. Couldn’t be happier.

Wowza! They are truly amazing. From start to finish they made it easy for me. They were always on-time and worked efficiently. Carol, handles the office and all the details. She is professional, polite, friendly and *always* accommodating and reassuring. Jay and his installers are incredible: covered all the furniture and cleaned anything that was needed when they left. They are real pros at what they do. The prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding. I know why *all* of the other 44 reviews were 5-Stars. Thank you all; I really appreciate it!
