The GWP team did an amazing professional job on a complex deck and fencing project at our home in Providence. They built a gorgeous cedar and Ipe second story deck over a cedar lower deck and enclosed storage areas with wooden partition walls and gates. This was a truly 3d challenge and they pulled it off masterfully! They also build benches, a pergola, and replaced our fence. All top quality work. I’d recommend them for anything!

Mike is a complete gentleman who’s only concern was getting me exactly the wood I needed for my project. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of wood species and lumber products and was very gracious in helping me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Greenwich Wood Products. We have visited the Hope location a couple of times to get cedar wood for DIY projects at our house in eastern CT. My husband built me a beautiful potting bench for the garden, made from GWP cedar. I expect it to last a very long time! Mike was very helpful and took the time to recommend the right kind of wood and the right type of finishing product. Last summer, we also purchased cedar boards to replace the rotting wood for the raised beds in my herb garden. Today we returned to buy more cedar boards for raised garden beds, as well as some lattice type pieces to construct new pea stakes for the vegetable garden. If you are looking for high quality wood products and top notch service, then look no further. If you are frustrated and disgusted by cheap, low quality garbage that seems to be the norm these days, then try out GWP. You will not be disappointed. It is so refreshing to do to business with a local New England business that offers true, old-fashioned quality and service. I am excited to start working on my long-time plans for a picket fence, arbor, and outdoor shower.....and will definitely be working with GWP. Michael, Jeff, and the entire team at Greenwich Wood Products (GWP) did an outstanding job designing, building, and installing our Alaskan yellow-cedar, custom-made, moon-gate and fence at our home and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
