GreenWorks Lawn Specialists sells a seven-step lawn-care program covering fertilizing, weed control and grub control. The company says the program has one all-inclusive price with no hidden costs, offers free estimates and serves Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts towns including Providence, Cranston, Attleboro, Fall River and Taunton. Google lists 4.2 stars from 102 ratings. Customer experiences include both improved lawns and complaints about results and communication. An April 2026 reviewer said their lawn looked good and had no weeds, but felt they were last on the treatment schedule, especially at the end of the season. They said fallen leaves were getting much of the fertilizer. Two other 2026 customers described worsening lawns and difficulty getting a response. In June, a reviewer said their lawn looked worse than before they hired GreenWorks and that repeated calls and messages to the owner had gone unanswered. An April reviewer who had used the company for several years also described deteriorating results, slow service-call responses and steadily increasing prices. That customer said a charge introduced as temporary during COVID was still being billed, despite the company’s advertised all-inclusive pricing. Earlier positive accounts describe different experiences. An October 2025 reviewer reported a substantially improved lawn after a year of service following grub problems. In February 2026, a new customer praised easy enrollment and communication of the treatment schedule, and said they had chosen an organic product because children and dogs used the backyard. That review described the start of service and their hopes for the lawn that year.
