A recent customer said the team revitalized a 10-year-old Weber Genesis, cleaning the grates and interior and replacing all of the burner assemblies, which were fused to the shell of the unit. A recent customer whose grill needed a very major overhaul said they repaired some issues without needing Lynx to come out. The company's site lists a service area that includes Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Norwalk and Westport, along with West Hartford and Glastonbury. A recent customer who inherited a Weber caked with 10 years of sludge said the team was easy to schedule, worked fast and cleaned the grill inside and out. A recent customer wrote that the two men who came brought everything they needed and cleaned the space before leaving. A recent customer said Everett cleans both their grill and their garbage bins. A 2025 customer chose the Gold Package and said they arrived on time and finished within 45 minutes to an hour. A 2025 customer said the price was slightly expensive but worth it. A recent customer booked a Basic Clean for a Lynx grill with a confirmed 8:00 AM appointment. After that customer followed up past 8:00, the company canceled and said it could not take on the job, with no advance notice.
They cleaned up a 20 year old 6 burner grill and have it a new life.

On time and did an awesome job!
Very disappointing experience with GrillRenewCT. I booked a Basic Clean for my Lynx grill and was given a confirmed appointment for 8:00 AM. I specifically asked who would be coming and was told, “Our crew, 2 people will arrive.” On the morning of the appointment, I contacted them shortly after 8:00 to confirm the crew was on its way. I received no response, so I followed up again asking whether they were coming. Only then was I told: “I’m going to cancel today’s appointment and unfortunately we aren’t able to take on the job.” There was no advance notice and no explanation. I had arranged my morning around an appointment they had confirmed, and they waited until after the scheduled arrival time—and until I contacted them—to tell me no one was coming. I understand that schedules change and businesses sometimes need to cancel. What I find unacceptable is failing to notify a customer before a confirmed appointment and then declining the job altogether only after the customer asks where the crew is. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GrillRenewCT. They are disreputable.
I inherited a high-end Weber grill from a previous owner to find that it had never been cleaned and was caked with 10 years of sludge. The team was easy to schedule, worked fast with no drama and the grill was beautifully cleaned inside and out. Glad the family can now enjoy a bbq without years-old toxic grease residue on our food.
