H R Hillery Co is a custom metal fabrication shop. The company says it has offered custom metal fabrication and manufacturing services to northeast companies for over 70 years, working with industries that include defense, pharmaceutical and paper. A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that they had seen the shop on YouTube making parts for submarines. A 2024 customer who came in to discuss getting some metal fabricated said the individual who met with them was condescending and acted as if they were wasting his time; that customer took the business elsewhere.
Great all around.
Came in to discuss getting some metal fabricated from system experts, from the start the individual that met with me was obviously frustrated/appeared upset for interrupting his time/schedule. His demeanor was that I was wasting his time and very condescending. After attempting to reset the conversation twice I decided to take my business elsewhere. Yes, only minor business however, I would recommend that everyone does the same. Horrible customer service and personal interaction; does not value customers.
seen this place on the YouTube. Making parts for the submarines. Good stuff guys 👍 congrats from Turkey
Terrible
Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone
