They're good people and they respond fast, but ask about pricing before they come out. They got someone to the house quickly, and Allen was polite and easy to work with. Everyone I talked to was friendly. When I booked, I understood the visit to be $195. It turned out to be $195 per hour, and I was billed $390 for two hours to find a problem with the electric heat in an older house. I was told on the phone it's usually the thermostat, so I expected a quick visit. Part of that time was conversation and me flipping breakers and switches for him, which I didn't realize was on the clock. The repair quote was also much higher than a second quote I got from another local electrician for the same job. If you call them, ask up front whether the rate is flat or hourly and what the visit will likely cost, and get a second quote on anything bigger. If they explained pricing clearly before the visit, this would be a higher rating.

Hantsch was the electrician for our Generac whole home Generator and several side projects. They are our GoTo for any electrical work, and all referrals. The team has been accessible, informative, and supportive (of Generator, and many other questions). They even did extra troubleshooting on the Generator that turned out to be a Gas supply issue (not electrical) the Gas company who did install could not even get to the bottom of. All works seamlessly now. All other projects have been done professionally and at fair price. Can't recommend these guys enough.

This company provided excellent service from start to finish. their communication was superb, after coming out to access the problem and then fixing it we had to call them back on site which they did promptly. all the staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgable. kudos, thanks for a great experience. highly recommend

I have been working with Hantsch for 8 years , with installation of home generator , adding outlets and other small electrical jobs.
