Harmon & Sons has been cutting, planting and building in Plymouth long enough that a Houzz reviewer writing back in February 2013 had already been hiring the family for more than 20 years. A January 2026 piece in Landscape Management describes a family-owned landscaping and property maintenance company rooted in Plymouth and marks its 40th anniversary; the Houzz profile puts the same family behind the work. The trade has widened over the decades. A January 2026 Taunton Gazette article says irrigation, hardscaping and landscape construction had joined the core landscaping work by 2010, and the Houzz service list runs from garden design, hedge trimming and edible gardens to custom fire pits, water features, drip irrigation, dry wells, excavating, brick repair and fence installation and repair. Houzz lists ICPI and Techo-Pro certifications and shows seven project photos. The one written customer account is an old one. In that 2013 Houzz review, a five-star customer recommended the company for the quality of its work, the variety of its services and its reliability, and said the family members who run it had earned his trust over two decades of jobs. If you want a patio, a retaining wall, a planting plan or an irrigation system from a crew that has worked the same town for decades, Harmon & Sons is a reasonable call. Ask to see a few recent local jobs you can drive past, and get the scope, the plant and stone selections and the schedule down in writing before the first truck arrives.
