Seventy Google ratings averaging 4.9, and the striking thing is how often the people who did the work get named. Eli and Ben built the walkway. Matthew ran the plow. Hunter and Joel got singled out for how hard they worked. Jeremy Harris, the owner, turns up over and over — quoting the job himself, answering questions, staying late.

What repeats, year after year, is follow-through. In a July 2026 review a homeowner described a new walkway that "completely transformed the space." A June 2026 customer had them grade and lay sod for a new lawn and said they did everything they said they would, within the agreed timeframe. In November 2025, the owner of a 21-acre property said the crew had turned it around in a single year — aeration, overseeding, irrigation, hardscape, beds, weeding, grading. An April 2026 reviewer noticed something smaller and more telling: the crews don't stand around smoking or chatting.
Two things to raise before booking. In February 2026 a neighbor left one star after a plow driver played music loud enough at 3:30 on a Saturday morning to wake a newborn and rattle windows, and turned argumentative when confronted — the only recent complaint, and about conduct on a snow route rather than the work. Separately, in July 2024 a customer dropped to three stars when the company ended its bi-weekly mowing option, taking them from roughly $140 a month to $260; the notice they received cited the company's own employee scheduling conflicts. If every-other-week cutting matters to you, settle it before you sign.
One more thing worth confirming yourself: a July 2025 reviewer described the business as veteran family owned and operated. That's a customer's description, not something established here.
The right call for regular lawn care around Worcester, or a hardscape project you want run start to finish. Pin down mowing frequency and price in writing, and if snow is part of the contract, ask what hours the trucks run.
