In a 2026 review, a customer says they took care of long oak branches hanging over the roof, that they have run a tick spray program on the property for the last 3 years, and that they always ring the doorbell before spraying. The same customer has hired them to create a garden design for the front landscape.
In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that tree roots were removed or shaved so patio pavers could be laid flat, and that the work was efficiently and effectively done. In another 2025 review, a customer in their 2nd year with the company wrote that a 150-year-old European copper beech with a bleeding canker disease had made a comeback.
In 2025, Josh came out to assess a tree encroaching on a house, spotted another two that were going to become a problem, and the customer was told not to worry about a few others; they also threw in a bush trimming. On a 2025 job that took 2 days, close to 30 sheets of plywood were used to cover the grass, the light posts around the driveway were protected, and Kyle was the lead.
In 2024, a customer who worked with Dick Stoner wrote that they understood the priority was preserving a damaged elm rather than removing it, and that the trimmed tree looked natural and balanced. A 2024 review from a business that had used them for its major tree work for over a decade said they would move a job up on the schedule if there were safety concerns, and called the pricing reasonable. In a 2021 review, Scott McPhee and his small crew cleared the overgrowth from a backyard in Randolph in a single day and took away truckloads of brush, and the invoice was to the dollar what was estimated.
In 2026, a customer they were recommended to by a landscaper wrote that communication was so poor they ended up not using them.
