Across 119 permitted jobs, the recurring work is light and power for bathroom, kitchen and second-floor remodels in Hingham and Norwell, alongside a run of Verizon wireless equipment permits in Boston and Braintree. Typical permit value is about $3,750, and eleven of those jobs came in the last three years. Two things worth raising on the call. BuildZoom also carries a Massachusetts record and a Rhode Island electrical contractor registration it no longer verifies, both last seen with July 2016 expirations, so confirm current coverage if your job sits outside Massachusetts. And the addresses do not agree: BBB lists 30 Bradford St, BuildZoom 156 Longmeadow Dr, both in Whitman. A reasonable call for a South Shore homeowner who wants a licensed electrician for remodel wiring, service upgrades and permitted work, and who is willing to judge on permit history rather than testimonials. Ask for two or three recent customers by name — there is nothing published to read instead.
