Very difficult to get someone to do a small job. He was great.
Painting or Staining - Small ProjectsQuoted me price of $50/hr charged more than time spent. Over applied stain, instead of returning 3rd day he slathered on the stain HEAVY which took over 1 week to dry, yes 1 week and even then very tacky. Never came back to finish steps. Did not have bill prepared, I had to write out invoice. Gave him $100 less than he wanted based on his hours worked. Nice person, but won' t be hiring for my garage painting.
Home Advisor doesn't give you a choice of cleaning gutters. That is what I had done. I believe he did a good job, but the future will tell. The cleanup could have been better, but in his defense they were quite dirty, with plants growing out of them. He also removed the mesh coverings that were clogged with moss and didn't charge me extra.
Arnold is very nice and responsible. He does great work and his price was very reasonable. I am looking forward to having him do more work for us.
