Words cannot describe how incredible this company is. We have used Higganum Septic for inspections, pumping, and a tank replacement. Each time John went above and beyond to provide excellent service for us, especially during the full tank replacement. We were already in a high-stress time while moving and John made it his personal mission for the replacement to be the least of our problems. Extremely communicative and reliable! Him and his dad took the reigns and ensured everything was replaced and back in tip-top shape. Highly recommend this company for any of your service needs. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I used this company once and didn’t have any issues until recently. I made multiple calls to set up an appointment and they were just unresponsive. After multiple attempts of trying to contact them, the receptionist gave me the owners direct number. He said he can come out Tuesday but will text me in exact time in a few days. I never received any confirmation text on the time. Two days after the day he said he could come out and didn’t I reached out again left a message and received no response. Im extremely disappointed with the service of this company. I understand things can get busy but at least have the professionalism to follow through with appointments and return customers calls.

This family run company made it their priority to help out immediately with our septic emergency. They found a way to fit us in within hours, and easily fixed the blocked tank that was backing up into our house. Can’t say enough positive about this great local family company!
