This was an incredibly easy process! I booked everything online and I communicated via email and received prompt responses from Jeff! I shopped around and it was also the best price as well! The driver communicated when he dropped it off and even sent photos to make sure it was in the right spot! Just amazing!

Very good experience! I was able to schedule online. They texted me the morning of my scheduled delivery to let me know they were on their way. Picked up as scheduled. The whole process was very easy and I would definitely recommend!

Warning: Fabricated "CFC" fees and zero weight transparency I am sharing this to warn others about the billing practices at Hippo (Western Recycling). I rented a dumpster with a 2-ton allowance for a residential deck project. While we did add some additional allowed household wood and debris to the load, the company processed an unauthorized charge of $279.50 to my credit card days after pickup without any prior communication. The Major Red Flags: • Fabricated "Appliance" Fees: They charged me a "CFC Removal Fee" for an appliance. There were absolutely no appliances, refrigerators, or AC units in that dumpster—only wood and allowed household items. • No Way to Verify Weight: They do not provide the "empty" weight of the dumpster or give you any means to verify the final weight before they charge your card. If they are willing to lie about the presence of an appliance to add a fee, you cannot trust their weight claims. • Unauthorized Billing: They kept my card on file and recharged it for these "extra" fees without my consent. I only secured a partial refund ($125) after I informed them I would be filing a formal fraud dispute with my credit card company. Be very careful with this company and check your receipts for "phantom" items. I do not plan on doing business with them ever again.

I highly recommend Hippo. From placing the initial order they were very friendly and easy to work with. They had the dumpster to me exactly when I needed it. The driver was so polite, friendly and helpful. Carefully setting it down where we asked and without any issues. They were kind enough to leave the dumpster for longer than the quoted timeframe which was a bonus. Their customer service respond via phone or text immediately.
