Heliany Resende, credited by many reviewers simply as "Lia," is the owner; the company describes itself as family-operated, offering everything from routine residential cleaning to Airbnb turnovers, seasonal cleans, move-in/move-out and post-construction cleanups. The specifics repeat across years. In a July 2026 review, a new parent said a deep clean was "such a relief" after months without time to clean; in a June 2026 review, a homeowner who'd just bought a house called the team communicative, fair on price and excellent.
