My husband and i are building a home in Bourne Massachusetts. We have had the pleasure of purchasing their products before and we were so happy with the quality of their products so we are back for round 2…Upon arrival Chris greeted us and i warned him how high maintenance i was. While i went through my list he graciously answered all my questions and showed me samples, Next was Charlie who took over and continued helping me with my looong list..He was the best of the best..I had the pleasure of meeting him last week too when i returned some flooring and he graciously took it back for me so i already knew what i was in for…A kind man who certainly loves his job and talked so highly of the company he works for..I went back and forth with samples and of course could not make up my mind and he was very patient and kind with this high maintenance woman…Next was John who worked so hard loading the truck for us last week, my hubby recently had surgery and is unable to move anything, Last week he loaded the truck with so much stuff and always with a smile until the very end..I am grateful for the employees that home outlet employs, it’s apparent they all love their job and it shows how they treat their customers..so you get a double bonus here great quality products and great customer service too.I highly recommend this place and tell them Derek and Brenda appreciates them….

OUTSTANDING customer service, pricing and products at Plymouth Home Outlet. John and Charlie went above and beyond assisting with project design and offering expert advice. From project design through delivery of product they courteously worked with us through a large kitchen renovation project purchase. We will definitely return for any future purchases! Avoid at all costs!!! Have been told a cabinet will be here “next week” for over 6 months now despite numerous phone calls to them asking what the hold up is. Take your business and money elsewhere. Shady business that took our money and ran! They do NOT care about their customers.
