On Angi it holds 4.8 stars from 93 ratings. A 2016 customer, a first-time buyer purchasing a foreclosure built in 1959, said Craig walked them through each room and made sure to emphasize what was a big deal and what was cosmetic. A 2016 reviewer wrote that Craig was already at the property inspecting the outside when they arrived maybe five minutes before the scheduled time. That 2016 reviewer also said his report was easy to comprehend, with many pictures. A 2015 customer said the price for a condo inspection was fair and that, based on his report, they decided not to pursue the purchase. In a 2007 review, a customer said he wrote the report during the inspection and printed a copy for the realtor and the customer, and that the cost included a radon test. A 2015 reviewer said the one thing Craig could improve was embedding images into his report.
