Hubacz Disposal is the fastest growing trash collector in the area and for good reason. Reliable service at a lower price. I had Casella for over 10 years. Missing a pick up and prices that change sometimes monthly was a common theme with Casella. Customer service could be tough to deal with as well. With Hubacz Tyler is the owner and handles everything. He is also based right here in my home town of Rutland Ma . Whatever your disposal needs are Hubacz Disposal is always right there to help you. This guy took payments out of my account. Always different. 49.99-54.99. Didn't pick us up. For weeks. Still took payments. Then text messages went unanswered. Still being paid. Still taking payments. Once he finally came. After numerous text. That bears wildlife were being attracted to our yard. He finally came. After taking over 200.00. Was upset at backup. Wich he was notified about. Takes my barrel. Then issues refund. Tries claiming non payment. I have bank reciepts.lmao. really no cheaper than other company. 50 per we. 200 per month.. it's cheaper for me to spend 20 bucks per dump load. Than 50 bucks a week for 3-4 bags.

We’ve had the other big name disposal companies. In my opinion and experience Hubacz Disposal has been one of the best companies we’ve had. They are reliable, consistent and very good about communicating any issues. Our boys take care of collecting the trash. There have been a couple times we messed up with recycling. It’s not easy working with the public, but this local company is doing it with grace and class! I’ve received respectful messages educating my family (boys are young and learning as is their gen x mama). Best part, I love that my disposal company is local to our town!!

First let me say that the business doesn’t solicit reviews. I’m so happy that I felt compelled to let other people know. This guy is awesome and really cares about his business and his customers. We used one of the bigger haulers and constantly experienced delays or no pick up at all. A neighbor was using Hubacz so I asked about their service and he raved about them. We signed up and couldn’t be happier. This week it was windy so our bins were brought up to our garage after being emptied. I own a business and care a lot about our customers so I really appreciate when I see this in other businesses. This guy takes it to a whole new level!!
