A refrigerator section running too warm while the freezer worked fine: a 2022 Google customer said David took one look and knew the exact problem within seconds, then returned the next day with Joseph and the right component and fixed it in about an hour. That 2022 customer said the visit included manually de-icing the freezer, and that David called about two hours ahead to remind them to prepare the fridge for service. A 2022 Google customer said the fridge was working well after a quick turnaround and called the prices very reasonable. A 2023 Google customer said they were charged $360, the dishwasher was not fixed and the money was never refunded. A 2023 Google customer said the person who came for a dishwasher repair did not show up at the booked time, broke a tab and then the motor while taking the machine apart, and said he would get a new motor and come back but never did.
Charge $360 and didn’t fix our dishwasher! Never refund our money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
SCAM. Use anyone else but them. The 5-star reviews on Google must be a farce. The guy that came to my house said he was an authorized repairman for my brand of dishwasher - total lie. After booking a time, then not showing up (warning 1), he eventually came in an old beat-up car, not a branded truck or van (warning 2), rushed into my home and in a hurry started taking my dishwasher apart, like he was on a beat-the-clock game show (warning 3). As he was taking it apart, I had to guide him on a few things he needed to be aware of (warning 4). In an attempt to loosen a part, he breaks a tab (warning 5). He then tries to disassemble the motor with such force, he breaks the motor. You’ve got to be kidding! A $250 part. He then lies even further that he will get a new motor and come back to install. Said he would reach out to me. Never did. I get nothing but an answering machine. Please use my pathetic story to not call them and go somewhere else. They’re not a real company.
Unexpectedly quick turnaround. Was prompt and professional and personable. Fridge working well. Very reasonable prices. Really best experience I ever had with appliance repair.

The next day, David and Joseph arrived with the appropriate component and fixed the issue in ~1 hour. The service session included David and Joseph manually de-icing accumulated ice in the freezer, which saved us 3-4 days of leaving the fridge off and unplugged to melt. David and Joseph were professional, kind, and courteous throughout and offered a thorough explanation of the problem with the fridge and their proposed solution. ~2 hours prior to arrival, David gave me a much appreciated phone call to remind me to prepare the fridge for service, which was helpful.
