I had a disappointing experience with Pedro from Imperium Cooling & Heating. Despite promising a quick repair, he left us waiting for three weeks without any progress. Communication was lacking, and there were issues with honesty regarding the status of the repair. I would recommend considering other options for your heating and cooling needs.
Came out to check my hvac system. Told me they’d send a quote the same day or next day, but they never got back to me. Followed up again with then the following week on 3 separate occasions and they wouldn’t event respond. Extremely frustrating.
Pedro came out in a timely manner but did not do a complete and thorough investigation. Was desperate so thought I’d try him as the HVAC company I usually use was unavailable. He had to come out again a few days later for another service call. He said it’s a separate issue but one I thought he could have investigated the first time around. Also, he overcharges on materials and equipment so beware!
I was really impressed by the Imperium team having my HVAC system inspected. They were. courteous, informative, friendly--they worked carefully and kept all areas spotless. Above all else, they were honest. I am going to put myself on an Imperium annual contract.
Pedro and his team did a great job diagnosing the problem with our brand new heat pumps and fixing the issue. Highly recommended!
