The company is run by Bobby (Robert) Inello, whose site says he spent over 30 years as a chief electrical inspector before running the business. A repeat customer's 2024 review said Bob's team has done several jobs for them over three years and has kept exceeding expectations; a 2025 review called the company responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with; and a 2023 review from a new customer praised the service from an electrician named Matt. Two separate one-star reviews, from January and August 2025, describe reckless driving by company vehicles - one witnessed in South Boston nearly hitting pedestrians, another involving a specific plate number in Charlestown - with both reviewers questioning whether that reflects on how the work itself is done. A 2022 review said a recorded phone message went unanswered. BBB gives the company an A+ grade (unaccredited) and lists it as started in 2012 with 15 employees under manager Robert Inello. That's at odds with the company's own site, which claims 40 years in business - a gap of decades between the two accounts. Given the driving complaints, it's worth asking who will be on site and confirming a specific appointment window rather than an open-ended arrival time.
