- Customer treatment — 2022 review called Carla and the owner disingenuous
Inline Fence describes itself on its website as a family-owned fence contractor in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, spanning four generations of Bump family installers, with more than 50 years of experience in the industry. The website lists free estimates. A 2021 Google review says Inline was the only one of many fence companies contacted that responded, and that "The job was done quickly and with quality." That 2021 reviewer called the installers and owners really nice and said the job was done the way they wanted it. A 2022 Google review called it "The single worst contractor experience I have ever encountered," saying Carla and "The Owner" were incredibly disingenuous as the fencing project hit a snag.

Carla and “The Owner” were incredibly disingenuous and had zero lack of understanding as we hit a snag in our fencing project. The single worst contractor experience I have ever encountered. Save yourself the time and find someone else that will respect your time & effort after 3 projects and dozens of referrals. A new low for how to treat your customer.

The installers and owners are really nice. I contacted many fence companies and Inline was the only one who responded. The job was done quickly and with quality. The job was done the way I wanted it and it looks amazing. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience.
