Innovation Electric describes itself as an electrical contractor for residential, commercial and industrial work, from a small wiring fix to a complete commercial build-out. A recent Google customer said they had called a few electricians in North Conway about an outlet without success; Innovation came out the next day and replaced it, and was understanding that they needed a fix for a new renter before the end of the week. A recent customer said Mark and his son showed up on a Saturday to look at a breaker box and fixed the issue with minimal repair. A recent reviewer said Mark and his team set up a hot tub within a few days of the call, and they were in the hot tub that night. A recent customer said Innovation coordinated an upgrade to 200 amp service at their property, as well as moving some outlets. A 2025 customer said their line coming into the house was worn and exposed, and Mark rearranged his Monday schedule to put in a new service, including an upgrade from 100a to 200a. A 2025 customer said that after a tree fell on their power lines, Mark arrived 90 minutes after a 7:00 am Saturday request for emergency service, and on a follow-up visit he and his apprentices tested and repaired every circuit, dimmer, GFI outlet and fixture affected. A 2025 customer gave two stars, writing that they were charged $1200 for outlet plate replacements, that the boss was pushy about a task they did not think necessary, and that a quote for future projects never came; that customer said the work itself was fine. A 2022 customer said one of the outlets replaced on their job was not wired up correctly, and the company came back in a couple of days to fix it.
Mark was extremely prompt in replying to our inquiry. He got started in the project fast as well and at a great price. Showed exceptional customer service and care for us and our home from start to finish. Will definitely recommend Innovation Electric and use for future projects. Thank you again!
Exceptional care and compassion for customers and non-customers alike. Very knowledgeable and experienced and honest. I called Innovation and spoke with Mark about an issue that I wasn't able to get quality guidance with in my area of Maryland, as it's not commonly done here (heat tape with back-up power supply). He was so kind and generous to chat with me extensively, suggesting the right set up--knowing it wouldn't convert into a job. If this doesn't tell you what kind of ethics and values this company has, I don't know what will! I would not hesitate to recommend them or work with Mark and Innovation Electrical given the opportunity.
We called a few different electricians in North Conway to try to get an electric outlet repaired without success. I then found innovation electric. It was super easy to submit a request for contact right on the site and I received a quick response. They actually ended up coming out the very next day and replacing the outlet. They were very understanding of the circumstances where we needed a fix for a new renter before the end of the week. Highly recommend!
Mark and his team were very professional and knowledgeable of some of the panel work we needed. Good communication and right on schedule. Would recommend them for any type of electrical work
We needed someone to come take a look at our breaker box. Mark and his son showed up on a Saturday and were able to fix our issue with minimal repair, saving us time and money. We appreciate squeezing us in. Great Work Guys!!
