A customer had turf laid in a 410-square-foot yard on 30 June 2025 and then waited four months before writing anything, to see how it stood up to two active dogs and an occasional foster dog. Her answer in October: it still looks and feels good. That is the question synthetic grass has to answer, and it is the one this company's customers keep coming back to. Intelliturf of New England now trades as Grass!365 of New England, a franchise of the national Grass!365 brand, owner-operated by Jeremy Dellaria with an in-house crew the company says it does not subcontract. The jobs range from a whole lawn to something quite specific: a backyard putting green in August 2026, a field hockey surface a family could play on the day it was finished in August 2025, playgrounds — one customer in June 2025 was on his third — pool surrounds where real grass had given up, and a yard for a boy who is allergic to grass. The installs are quick and the sequence customers describe rarely varies. A March 2026 homeowner said the quote came the same day he asked and the yard was scheduled in time for the outdoor season. A January 2026 installation took two days; an August 2025 job put seven men on site for a full day. Several customers mention being shown where the seams would fall before anything was laid, and being taken through the cost, the product and the care at the first meeting in the backyard rather than sold at. One thing to sort out on the phone is who you are actually dealing with. The company's site names Jeremy Dellaria as owner, while customers writing in July 2025 called Derek and Jeff the owner on their own jobs, and others were looked after by Fred, Bart or Jeffrey. Older accounts, back to a 2,200-square-foot dog yard in 2016, are filed under the IntelliTurf name rather than Grass!365. Ask who will run your installation, and get the warranty and the infill specification written into the quote. For a pet area, a putting green, a playground, or a pool surround where nothing will grow, this is a crew whose customers come back for a second and third yard.

Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job installing a putting green in our backyard. Extremely easy to work with, professional, courteous and great overall experience. Highly recommended.
A+ experience! Highly recommend
Great job and their workers are professionals.
Guys showed up at pre arranged time.. I was at work they promptly got started and knocked it out of the park. I knew anything would look better than before but once I saw it in person it was 100x better. They explained everything to me to include where the seams were (for my knowledge). My job was relatively small but they did great work would definitely recommend and use them again.
The workers were wonderful; polite , hardworking and gracious for everything. The final product is BEAUTIFUL!
