We had an unusual problem and Doug was able to come up with a very suitable work around. He was always in touch with me via text, since I was not at the property at the time of repair, which I greatly appreciated.
Katelyn from Invisible Fence was out and was phenomenal. She was easy to talk with and then solved the problem in no time at all. She was GREAT with my fog and was a pleasure to work with. I would use Invisible Fence again without a doubt and I would ask for Katelyn as she was superb.
