Four separate customers made the same point about IQ Electric: the price quoted was the price paid. One, in February 2022, said Adam stuck to his quote even though the job turned out more involved than expected, and handled an electrical issue that "could have been very serious had he not noticed." Its written reviews run from 2021 to 2023, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0★ from 12 ratings. The jobs are concrete. In a May 2022 review, a homeowner who needed an electrical panel replaced said he took care of the permits and coordinating with CMP, finished before the promised completion time to limit their time without power, and replaced a faulty door bell transformer he found along the way without charging more. A December 2021 reviewer listed 15-20 recessed lights, dozens of new switches and outlets, an electric wall heater and two new complete electrical panels in a two family home, and said the pre-work consultation meant no surprises. A January 2023 reviewer said Adam detailed his cost, explained the work and helped with a code violation they did not know existed. A November 2021 customer wired a newly finished basement with the company and reported no issues since.

Adam was professional, prompt, clean, and clearly explained the work to be done. He detailed his cost, completed work in a timely fashion, and stuck to his price. The quality of his service is excellent and he even helped us with a code violation that we did not know existed. I will use him again when needed and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician with terrific communication skills.
I needed my electrical panel replaced. He took care of everything (permits, coordinating with CMP, etc). He explained the process thoroughly and was prompt in responding to all my questions. The installation looks very clean and well organized. He was very pleasant to work with and his explanations were easy to understand. He worked efficiently and finished before the promised completion time limiting my time without power. While doing the work, he found an additional issue with the door bell transformer and replaced it without charging more. I will definitely call in the future when I need more electrical work done.
