Its Houzz profile describes over a decade of that work, and a 2018 trade write-up said the same, putting its residential and commercial clients in the Greater Boston area. It is not a two-man operation. A January 2016 local news report described the Needham company as having nearly two dozen full-time employees and $2 million in annual revenue, and a business directory entry places its clients throughout the Route 128 belt. The Houzz profile says it has no reviews yet. Ask for two or three residential references in your own town, find out who the account manager would be, and check whether the crew that quotes is the crew that turns up, which matters more at this size. A plausible call for a larger property or a year-round maintenance contract in the Route 128 towns. For a small one-off garden job, ask first whether they take work that size.
