J.A. Epifano & Sons, LLC

J.A. Epifano & Sons says it has helped residential and commercial property owners in Fairfield County with septic tank and drainage work since 1930, in towns including Fairfield, Westport, Trumbull, Stratford and Shelton. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+. A recent Google customer who called one morning about a septic pumping said the price was competitive, they were out within a couple of hours, the job was completed quickly, and everything was put back and cleaned. A customer with a sump pump evacuation system that came with the house said the pump crew showed up the same day and was honest about what the system actually needed. A 2023 customer said Rotor Rooter had told them the septic line needed replacing, so they called Epifano for a second opinion; the worker was at the house right away, diagnosed the problem within five minutes, dug the tank and cleared the blockage. A 2023 reviewer wrote that Remo showed up at 8:00 am on the dot, removed the grass from the covers and opened them for the pumping, and that Elmer arrived a few minutes later to operate the pump truck. A 2023 customer said Elmer showed up 25 minutes after the call to empty the septic, and called the pricing very fair. A 2024 customer said the phone was answered through a service but the main office got back very quickly, and that they arrived early for a septic pumping scheduled for the next week.
