J & J Special Services

J & J Special Services runs two distinct lines of work out of Andover: demolition — commercial, residential and controlled demolition — plus house and post-construction cleaning, along with some general labor, waste removal and light general-contracting work like tiling and metal roofing. The Google reviews on file bridge both sides of that business. In a 2025 review, a homeowner describes hiring the team for post-construction cleaning after a first-floor renovation and finding every corner, surface and floor cleaned to perfection, calling it a relief to walk into a dust-free space after weeks of work. Another 2025 review describes a demolition project completed quickly and safely with a clean-up crew that left the site spotless — notably rare, the reviewer says, for that kind of work. A third reviewer, from a company called Global, says they've used J&J for demolition and cleaning across multiple projects and singles out a team member named Jean. On the cleaning side, two team members get named repeatedly across the reviews — Shainy and Sunny — each credited with flexible scheduling, responsiveness and attention to detail on both routine home cleaning and apartment turnovers ahead of move-in. One reviewer specifically credits the company with rental-property turnovers on top of home cleaning, saying they'd use them again without hesitation. The most recent review on file, from May 2026, is short but positive; the bulk of the record is from spring 2025. There's no documented complaint in what's here. J & J is a reasonable call for a homeowner who needs either job — demolition or cleanup — done by the same outfit, especially post-renovation cleaning or a controlled partial demolition.
