Waited all day for delivery, truck was outside of my house and refused to deliver because of slush in my driveway. Tried to call to talk to someone or share pictures of what driveway looks like and no call back. No problem with countless other deliveries this winter from other companies. Very disappointing.

Just had JB Hunt deliver some oversized furniture for me and it was a great experience! They were extremely courteous and moved everything quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful of my property also. I can’t speak to all of their crews but the one I got was awesome!

J B Hunt Damaged my brand new fridge they were deliverying from whirlpool as well as my home. Now a month later I still have a damaged fridge and a damaged house. Both J B hunt and whirlpool are pointing the finger at one an other. J B hunt says they dont use straps to make delivery out of one side of their mouth while the other states its their main mode if delivery. They were going to redeilver to fix the damaged fridge but had unskilled staff that couldnt strap it into the house. Thwy wanted to use a refer dolly up my brand new trex stairs and deck. Their first delivery was with straps so im unsure what changed. Check the 2 photos of them smashing the fridge through my threshold and the 2nd is the water bib being all bent out from them pushing it through too tight a space I just wanted a new fridge how hard is that.
