Jeff and his company J.O. Young Company, Inc. was no ordinary company. First of all, the owner Jeff was absolutely phenomenal when we first met. Reason being is because he has been in the construction business for thirty years. He has a fantastic portfolio which, even tho youd think you were all set, Jeff has the ability to kindly offer you to see his other work, giving good ideas for your project. There is one quality about Jeff and his main builder, and that is being punctual. Time is important to Jeff simply because he values it and knows that it is very important to you as the consumer. So if he said ten a.m., he was there at ten a.m. and that was also for his main worker who was also named Jeff. When youre doing an addition, cost is of the utmost, but there is something my dad always told me and that was if you really like what you see, invest the few pennies, more simply because in the long run happiness is what counts. I made the final payment this week and was so happy and pleased with my addition of a mud room, porch, and new absolutely beautiful complimentary deck. Jeff is going to do one more project in my yard, which will simply complete the entire addition that he did. I am so pleased and happy with his work, and his main worker, and all of the people that work for him. They are simply phenomenal and have the same work ethic as Jeff the owner.

Terrible workmanship. Had a screened in porch done the ceiling was falling down. He tried to fix it with paint and putty. Looks awful! Told him it was not acceptable. He said that they would install the best wood headboard. He never came back, left messages he would not call back!

Hired J.O. Young to build a garage big enough to fit my big rig semi truck. Garage is stunningly huge and absolutely perfect. Job was done in a very timely manner and Jeff was always sure to keep us updated and informed on everything. Couldn't have asked for better.

Always responds promptly to any communications. EXTREMELY organized. Listens to what you want and explains well the process. Once they started working it was like clock work. Workers showed up when they were supposed and worked quickly. The outcome is gorgeous. I can recommend this company enough

Quality work. They pay attention to details and always clean up their work area. This is the best construction company youâ ll find in the area and they are not over priced. We had a large remodel project that included a complete kitchen redesign, which turned out incredible.
