I am very pleased with the work done! He was a pleasure to work with and communicated very well about the project. He completed this in a timely fashion and did exactly what I asked! I would definitely hire again.
Robert helped out very last minute with getting our property ready to sell. His work is off high quality and he offers very affordable rates. I'm impressed with his communication and work ethic; already planning on hiring again.
I highly recommend Jackson Family Landscaping. The team was thorough, professional and provided an excellent value. We are pleased with the results and are thankful that they have agreed to provide monthly weeding service to keep the flower beds looking great throughout the growing season.
Not a good experience overall. Timeline commitment was an issue throughout. ditched us after starting the work with 5% complete due to some personal issues at his end. Eventually had to hire someone else to complete my work.
This landscaper does not keep his commitment. For example, we made an appointment with this landscaper to come see our garden and give an estimate for some weeding and maintenance. He asked for pictures, and I uploaded many pictures per his request. On the day of appointment my wife and I waited for him to show up. No show! He never showed up, did not even call or make any attempt to say he why he did not keep his commitment. Later, when I messaged him through Thumbtack about his no-show, he never even bothered to explain why, nor apologize for this irresponsible behavior.
