Jackson Kitchen Designs runs a kitchen and cabinetry design showroom at 1093 Osgood St in North Andover, where in-house designers plan kitchens, baths, laundry and mudrooms and offices and supply cabinetry, countertops and hardware from several brands. The Better Business Bureau records the business as having started in January 2009 and names Lisa Torrisi as its manager. Houzz lists what it sells in the same narrow terms: custom cabinets, custom kitchen cabinets and custom bathroom vanities, under a kitchen-and-bath designer heading. The people who hire them tend to come for a particular designer rather than a brand. A customer in May 2026 worked with Erin P and described the turnaround for measuring, ordering and shipping as quick. Another, in February 2026, went to the firm specifically because she wanted to work again with designer Santa Camire, this time on a kitchen and bathroom renovation for a family home turned rental unit. That pattern runs back a long way. The company has been reviewed since 2016 across five sources, and the recurring themes in that history are the designers by name, the quality of the cabinetry, and the planning work that precedes an install. Houzz shows 4.6 out of 5 from ten reviews and seventeen projects; the manufacturer and magazine awards listed there run from 2009 to 2018. Two things are worth pinning down before signing. The platforms disagree: Google's 3.8 from thirteen ratings sits well below Houzz's 4.6 from ten, and the dated written record is not uniformly positive — it includes an unresolved complaint about damaged and mis-sized cabinet components and slow follow-up on the replacements. The other is scope: this is a design centre that plans the room and supplies the cabinetry, with the physical installation generally carried out by the customer's own contractors. They are the right call for a homeowner who wants a professionally drawn kitchen or bath plan and a cabinetry package chosen with them, and who already has a builder or is willing to hire one. Ask which designer you will be assigned, get the delivery and replacement-parts process in writing, and confirm exactly where the showroom's responsibility ends and the installer's begins.

I went with Jackson Kitchen Designs because of designer Santa Camire. I had worked with Santa on a previous project and knew I wanted to work with her again on the renovation of a kitchen and bathroom for a family home turned rental unit. Santa's perspective offered some improvements for the layouts of both rooms to make them more efficient and easier to use. I had originally not wanted to make any structural changes, but Santa's suggestion of moving both sinks really opened a lot of design possibilities. Santa is very good at communication, keeping me appraised of every step in the process. As a rental unit I was looking to keep the cabinets and countertops affordable, which she was able to do both with design choices and the products chosen. The end result was a transformed kitchen that added both function and value to the property. For me, having that designer perspective made all the difference. You can buy stock cabinets at a big box store but the end result won't be the same! Santa also offered some suggestions for contractors, which was a huge help both in this process as well as just finding someone reliable.

My kitchen was outdated and in need of a new look. It lacked color and most importantly, functionality. I sought out Jackson Lumber of No. Andover, MA for help. I worked with Janet Maglia who created the kitchen of my dreams. Janet was instrumental in helping me decide on a color scheme, cabinets, and countertops. I gave Janet my wish list starting with cabinet colors, cabinet style, & desire for functionality. She delivered on all. She promised me my kitchen would look different and I would not recognize it and boy was she right. As her design on paper came to life, and the kitchen transformed into reality, I know this is what I waited for. There was finally a light and airy feel to the kitchen space. It was no longer dull and dark. I now had plenty of space to cook and bake and to store all my equipment. Even details like cabinet hardware were matched perfectly. When the project was complete, I knew I had the kitchen of my dreams. And Janet made it all happen with her ideas an experience. Janet listened to my needs and understood what I wanted, creating a spectacular space that I will enjoy for years to come.

Working with Janet Maglia and Jackson Kitchens was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Janet understood what I was looking to do with my kitchen remodel and presented the perfect design. She was so easy to work with and helpful with all the decisions we made. The cabinet install could not have been better. We love our kitchen and all the materials that we chose.

its hard to tell what was better: the quality of the cabinets, the customer service, or the design support, as all three were really top notch. having renovated many spaces and worked with countless vendors and suppliers over the years, I can attest that our experience with Jackson has been by far the best of any. And all that at a reasonable price!! Very grateful to the full team that helped make our dream kitchen a reality.
