JC Landscape

JC Landscape works out of Milford and takes a property through the whole year: lawn care and irrigation in the growing season, hardscaping, seasonal cleanups, gutter cleaning, and plowing once the snow starts. The service area it lists runs well past Milford — Dover, Needham, Dedham and Framingham, in through Brookline, Cambridge, Arlington and Belmont, and out to Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Chelmsford, Berlin, Bolton and Boylston. The company says it covers dozens of Massachusetts communities. If you would rather hand the lawn, the sprinklers and the January driveway to one crew, that range is the draw. Before signing, get the mowing schedule and everything a seasonal contract covers in writing, ask whether plowing is billed by the storm or by the season, and settle who handles the irrigation start-up in spring and the shutdown in fall.
