The company says its service agreement gives customers priority status for seasonal maintenance and repairs. A recent customer says Jeff and team installed an 11-zone, 46-head system with a WiFi app controller, and came back immediately to fix one head with a poor connection that was leaking after the install. A recent customer with an older home, big trees and lots of roots says Jeff took the time to work out how to install around the roots without hurting the trees. A recent customer who had 4 new zones installed says Jeff explained how to set up a program on the phone and adjust the sprinkler heads. A recent customer says a broken sprinkler head was leaking water, and Jeff turned it off remotely and had it fixed in 2 days. A recent customer says other irrigation companies couldn't solve a long-standing zone/sprinkler issue before Jeff diagnosed the problem and fixed it. A recent customer says the team was on site the same day a patio was going in, moving boxes and running the main line so the project stayed on track. A 2025 customer said Jeff had serviced their system since he was with Epping Well & Pump, and described a project that added a 12th zone to a 30-year-old system, redirecting water from an existing grass zone to feed an herb garden. That 2025 customer said the price was less than anticipated. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Jeff and Alex replaced a back flow pipe on a 20-year-old system after working through a process of elimination. A 2025 customer said a 20+ sprinkler head system was completed in less than 6 hours, with an extra line run for a future greenhouse.
Jeff some over and prepared my system for winter. He noticed a solenoid that is failing, hell rrscr of in the Spring.
Excellent communication throughout and right on time.
Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service, as usual.
Jeff and his team were amazing to work with. They were responsive, had a fair price, and did amazing work. Not only do they do great work, but Jeff will go above and beyond to make sure that they job is done right!
Jeff and his team did a wonderful job installing 4 new zones on my property. They worked hard and were very efficient every step of the way and Jeff did a a wonderful job explaining how the system works, how to set up a program on your phone, and how to adjust the sprinkler heads yourself if needed. He recommended if any issues at all not to hesitate to call them up and they will be out promptly including winterization of the system. I would absolutely recommend Jeff Desrosiers Irrigation for any maintenance or new irrigation installation no matter the size of the property!
