A customer writing in June 2026 said Jeff Lawn Service never arrived for a spring cleanup appointment booked in November. The Greenfield business repeatedly said it would come, according to that reviewer, then stopped returning phone calls. A May 2022 reviewer also reported a missed spring cleanup. That customer described Jeff as personable but said he never showed up; by the end of May, the reviewer felt it was too late to hire someone else. Google's September 2026 listing shows 3.8 stars from six ratings.
Booked an appointment with them for a Spring cleanup in November- they never showed up after repeatedly telling me they would, then stopped returning phone calls all together. Terrible, unreliable service.
Jeff seems like a really nice guy but he never showed up to do our Spring cleanup. At end of May it was too late to hire anyone else Seems like he does this a lot
