Jeffrey Willette Exterior Remodeling

The original work was done well but don’t try and contact them after the fact. A piece of aluminum came off earlier this year and I contacted Jeff to replace it in April. I was told his team would be out in a few weeks and it still hasn’t been done. I’ve text and called numerous times and my messages have been ignored. I’m at the point where if this isn’t repaired I’m going to contact the better business bureau.

We hired Willette to side an old garage. Very simple building, two windows and 1 door, and we bought a cupola to go on top. The siding job was "ok", not great, wrinkles in the drip edge and the storm door is shodily hung. And he forgot the gutters and the storm door, we had to remind him to get both. The cupola was a disaster! Black screws on a white cupola, he cracked the base section because he didn't pre-drill it and there were huge gaps between the cupola and the roof because the angle cut was so far off.. Hideous! We had to hire and pay another contractor to fix it, and we continue to use THAT guy, for all of our construction needs. Also Willettes crew was rude and clearly intimidated when he was present. Would never call him for anything again.

Jeffrey was easy to work with - he arrived on time, finished the work early, and did an amazing job. Very reasonable prices. Our new siding looks beautiful. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Jeff was great to work with. He's fully licensed, fully insured and shows you all the certifications he has to really make you feel comfortable with him and his employees. I was looking to have new siding put on my house and had many contractors come to give me quotes. I have to say, Jeff's pricing was right in line with other contractors, he was totally professional and the best part is that he did exactly what he said he was going to do and for not a penny more.

Jeffery and his team, were professional from day 1. The cost of the work, was the lowest estimate that we received. Steps to completion, were clearly explained and the project was completed in a timely fashion, with attention to detail. I plan on hiring "Jeffrey Willette Exteriors" to finish siding the remainder of the house.
