A recent customer said Jeremiah fit them in on short notice, quickly diagnosed the issue with their pellet stove, had it up and running again, and took the time to explain how the stove operates. A recent customer with a Vermont Castings propane stove that had been hard to light since 2014 said Jeremiah knew the problem from a phone description and fixed the stove quickly; that customer said the factory service had come out many times without getting it working properly. A 2024 customer said Jeremiah swept their chimney in the fall, discovered the liner was cracked, and later relined the chimney. A 2023 customer said he repaired a crumbling chimney, fit a stainless cap and fixed the lead flashing that had been leaking. A 2023 customer who needed a hole cut in a standing seam roof for a wood stove said Jeremiah walked them through portions of the install. A 2025 customer whose pellet stove was backing smoke into the house said Jeremiah worked them into his Saturday schedule after a Friday call and got an obstruction out of the external pipes, where bees had made a home at the top vent. A 2025 customer with a carbon monoxide/sulfur scent the night before New Year's Eve said Jeremiah determined within the hour that the issue was emergent and prioritized the home. A recent customer said they were ghosted for weeks and that promises were never fulfilled. A 2024 customer said that after paying $200 for an initial inspection and waiting a month, no estimate was emailed and a text went unanswered, so they called another chimney service.

Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Ghosted us for weeks, only surfacing to double down on promises he never fulfilled. Seems like a one-man business who is in over his head and would rather lead people on instead of admitting he’s too busy. Good luck.

Worked on our stove last season and looking to have them back
I've have a Vermont Castings propane stove that has been hard to light since I purchased it in 2014. Jeremiah knew what the problem was when I described it over the phone as he had seen it many times before. He fixed the stove quickly and now two years later it's still working perfectly. Before that, the factory service came out many times and were never able to get it working properly. Highly recommend Jeremiah's Stove and Chimney Services.
