The team did a great job clearing the snow from my property. Very responsive and easy to work with.
I hired them for the past storm and any future snow we get this season. I confirmed they would be coming the day before the snow started and they said they would be here. They said yes.Snow started Sunday afternoon into the next morning. No one came by at all . I reached out Monday morning and no response, reached out again on Tuesday and said “you didn’t come by yesterday “ their response was “No” and nothing else. We had a ton of snow that I ended up having to shovel myself. Not very professional, I selected and declined others because we had an agreement. A larger storm like this is not something you should ignore people that are depending on you
