JFAM

I do not recommend this cleaning agency. I found this company after making an inquiry on Yelp. I've booked with them on three different occasion and all times my appointments have been canceled with little notice. The cancelations reasons started with them getting a contracted job to car issues. Life happens and I decided to book with them again. I booked to have a cleaning 10/2/24. The company reached out to me that mornjng asking for pictures of my home as they had bad experiences in the past. When I informed them I was not home and would not be able to send pictures then then started talking about a Veronica and the started to discriminating my area of residence and asked for me not to book again. Michael stated that he has children would would never send his wife to Mattapan. *****This company responded to a yelp review basically saying people in Mattapan can't afford a cleaning. If she was honest and said we don't cover your area it wouldn't have been an issue. I'm here trying to support small upcoming business with individuals who are very unprofessional and over shares in every way possible. ****

JFAM did a fabulous job! Very nice to work with too
