The company's website lists interior and exterior residential painting, commercial painting, cabinet refinishing, window washing and floor coatings, and names a service area that includes Gorham, Falmouth, Cape Elizabeth, Brunswick and Bridgton. The company says it has been in business for 20 years. A 2025 Google customer said the company had painted several houses for them, interior and exterior, and that they always mask everything off. That 2025 reviewer also credited Jim with guidance when they were unsure of a color or finish. A 2025 Google customer described an interior painting project on a new home and said the home was kept clean throughout. A 2025 Houzz customer said Jim and his guys painted a screened-in porch. On Houzz in 2025, a customer said the crew showed up in clean uniforms and that communication was good before, during and after the project. In 2014, a Houzz customer said Jim's crew was respectful of the homeowner's property. A 2025 Houzz customer gave three stars: Jim repainted their kitchen cabinets and pressure washed the exterior shingles, but after agreeing to come back for a few touchups and giving a timeframe, that customer said he disappeared.
