JJ is the greatest!! My parents were ready to retire and head back home to Barbados but first they had to sell our childhood home to do so. We were blessed that we got JJ as our agent. He took us through the process from start to finish with such poise and professionalism knowing this was the first time any of us in the family have moved/sold property. We had a great experience working with JJ while buying our home. From the start, he was very professional and responsive. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in our next home and was very thorough in helping us. Although this was not our first home purchase, it was the first time in Massachusetts, which had different rules/quirks. Moreover, after years of renting, I had forgotten a lot of the original process! However, thanks to JJ, I was brought back up to speed quickly. He was very knowledgeable and he guided us through every step, explaining everything clearly and answering our questions. At no time during the purchasing process did we feel ‘left in the dark’. We did have some hiccups outside his and our control, but he readily posed solutions and really went to bat for us when it was needed. As I mentioned, we never felt like we did not know what was going on because we had JJ on our side. The team he assembled (lawyer, home inspector) also did a phenomenal job for us. So, overall, we felt very supported during the process. However, his help does not stop there, because if you need anything after the purchase, JJ probably knows someone who can help! He has invaluable insights into the local market and his suggestions are always welcome. Thanks to JJ, we found a wonderful home and felt confident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend JJ to anyone looking to buy a home.

JJ was a rockstar agent! I was working with another agent prior, who could not get me to the finish line in this crazy market with hardly any inventory. I had written several offers and none were accepted. JJ helped me identify some great options. He set up showings and coordinated everything from start to finish. One of the things he did that really was helpful was to sit down and take the time to explain everything about the home buying process. I felt a little overwhelmed at first but am I ever glad he went through all of that important info! It definitely helped lower my stress levels. JJ is very hands-on and you can tell he really cares for the people he represents. He has amazing connections and I honestly feel that if I didn't have JJ, I may have missed out on my beautiful new lake house! Highly recommend 5/5 stars
